Air Arabia launches two new Russian routes from Ras Al Khaimah
Weekly flights set to begin to both destinations in late October
DUBAI: Air Arabia has announced the launch of two new direct flights from Ras Al Khaimah to Russia, further expanding its growing international network.
Starting in October 2025, passengers will be able to fly non-stop to Yekaterinburg and Kazan from the northern emirate.
The weekly flight to Yekaterinburg’s Koltsovo International Airport will operate every Monday starting 27 October 2025. Meanwhile, services to Kazan International Airport will commence on 31 October 2025, with flights scheduled every Friday.

“Russia remains a key market for us, and these additions reflect our commitment to offering more travel options while supporting the continued growth of tourism and trade between the UAE and Russia,” said Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer, Air Arabia.
These new routes complement existing services to Moscow, enhancing Air Arabia’s connectivity to major Russian cities. The addition of Yekaterinburg and Kazan further strengthens the airline’s position in the Russian market, catering to both leisure and business travellers.

UAE to Russia
Yekaterinburg is also accessible via non-stop flights from Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, while Kazan is served from Sharjah. This provides passengers with increased flexibility and access points across the UAE when flying to Russia.
From Ras Al Khaimah, Air Arabia now connects travellers to 10 international destinations. These include Cairo, Jeddah, Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Calicut, Moscow, Tashkent, Yekaterinburg, and Kazan.
Onboard experience
The airline operates a modern fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft, featuring generous seat pitch in economy class. Passengers can enjoy ‘SkyTime’, a complimentary in-flight streaming service, and purchase snacks and meals from the on-board ‘SkyCafe’.
Flights to both new destinations are now open for booking through the Air Arabia website, customer service centre, and authorised travel agencies.
